ATTENTION FOLLOWERS: I have moved!

Hi Friends,
I wanted to invited you to join me at my new blog- Strictly Homemade. I decided in the New Year I needed to change my blog name from Procrastinator Crafter to Strictly Homemade. It's little more professional!! When I started this blog I truly was one of the worst procrastinators, but thanks to the support and love from family, friends, and blogging friends I have broken free from most of my procrastination habits (most of them). You could go as far to say I am then Reformed Procrastinator. As much as I have loved writing on this blog I felt like I was being led in a new direction that did not fit this blog.

I hope you will join me at my Strictly Homemade blog. One of my goals for 2010 is to make all my gifts for family and friends! So far, it has been such a rewarding challenge.
New Daddy Diaper Wipe Case made out of recycled rice bag.
2 year old birthday pillowcase tunic for Chick-fil-A Party
I am also busy making custom curtains, clothes for my children, crafts for my home, and crafts with my kids. I love being the Strictly Homemade Mom/Wife/Friend!! I think my new home is a good fit for me. Hope to see you there...www.strictly-homemade.blogspot.com

Preparing for Baby- Crib Bedding

The time has come, the time is now...Lauren go into labor!!

My sister is only 38 weeks so she still has time but everything is complete the baby can come at any time now!!! I am very excited about my sister becoming a Mommy and me becoming an Aunt. Yeah, a little girl to spoil that I can give back!! You know what I am talking about if you have a little girl.

The final piece to baby peanut's room is done. The bedding is complete. The crowning piece to any nursery I had the honor to make!!
Here is my sister's bedding!!

Up close! You will notice this is not your typical padding. but 4 bolsters going the length of the bed. Once she starts moving around they will be removed. Then we plan on making them into throw pillows when she moves into a toddler bed. Double usage!!!
.
I have 2 children and never attempted to make their bedding, so Peanut you are mighty special & we can't wait to meet you!!
Also, I should add I am changing over to www.strictly-homemade.blogspot.com very soon!! If you like what you see on this blog you will love my new blog. Be sure to follow me on the new blog so you don't miss anything!
I hope everyone is having a wonderful start to 2010!!
